Apple Chutney pears

INGREDIENTS

- 500 g apples.
- 500 g pears.
- 2 peppers.
- 3 tablespoons chilled butter.
- 2 teaspoons of 4 spices.
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric.
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
- salt.
- 3 tablespoons sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

PREPARATION


Peel apples and pears, cut into quarters, remove the heart, re-cut into strips. Chop the chilli.

Fry the pepper in the cooled melted butter with 4 spices, turmeric and cumin and a pinch of salt.

Add apples and pears, melt 4 min. Sprinkle with 10 ml water, then cover and cook 5 minutes over low heat.

Add sugar and lemon juice, allow to thicken over medium heat, stirring. Pour into a dish and let cool 1 hour .
