- 1 oak leaf salad.
- 125g feta cube.
- 1 apple into cubes.
- 75 g raisins.
- olive oil.
- cider vinegar.
- salt and pepper.
Feta, apple and raisins marinated in 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and keep in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours.
Wash the salad and put it in a serving dish with the marinade.
Add one to two tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (to taste).
Mix with salt and pepper and serve .
