Apple fritters with vanilla Bourbon

INGREDIENTS

(6 persons)

- 300 g flour.
- 100 g sugar.
- 1 glass of milk.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 1 vanilla pod.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 apples.
- 1/2 liter of oil.

PREPARATION


Put the flour in a bowl, then add to the center: sugar, milk, eggs;. and end with the yeast and the inside of the vanilla pod .

Mix to a smooth paste .

Cut apples into slices (or half moons) .

Heat oil in a pan .

Dip apples into the batter and then plunge a few minutes in oil hot .

Serve immediately.

Notes: Sprinkle icing sugar before serving. Suitable for children's snacks.
