Apple jam

- 1 kg of apples.
- 700 g of granulated sugar.
- 2 lemons.


Peel and cut apples into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning .

Put the potatoes in a pan jam, add a tablespoon of sugar. Bring to boil, stirring often.

When apples are cooked through (transparent), pass them through a food mill. Put the purée in a pan. Add the remaining sugar, cook over low heat until a thick mixture .

Pour the jam into jars washed in boiling water and thoroughly dry, cool, parafinez and seal .

Store away from light and dry .
