INGREDIENTS

(1 bowl)

- 50 g of almonds.
- 100 g arugula.
- 70g parmesan.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 15 cl olive oil.
- salt and pepper.

PREPARATION


Arrange the almonds in a dish and pass them in the oven for 10 min at 170 ° C (thermostat 5-6) .
Turn them in. from time to time. Let cool. Crush them and mix them with rocket, parmesan, garlic clove and olive oil .
