- 2.5 tablespoons of flour.
- 2 tablespoons of cold water.
- 1 liter of water.
- 2 beef bouillon cubes taste.
- salt.


To heat a liter of water.

A boil, dissolve the two stock cubes .

Meanwhile, off the heat, put the flour and 2 tablespoons of cold water in a pan.

Mix gently with a hand whisk. It should not be any lumps .

Heat over low heat and gradually pour the broth.

Salt lightly .

Do not stop mix with whisk, until a fine bechamel .
