Asian Dressing (for coleslaw)

- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- 2 teaspoons acacia honey.
- 6 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar.
- 4 drops of sesame oil.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tablespoon of mustard.
- salt and pepper.


Vinegar and sugar with honey, and mix the vinegar to dissolve the sugar gradually.

Add remaining ingredients, the order does not matter. Add salt and pepper to taste .

Dripping dressing, it must be both acidulated with vinegar and sweetened with honey and sugar .

Warning: sesame oil has a rather strong taste, pour drip !

Notes: For seasoning Chinese cabbage salads or Asian vegetables.
