- 2 chicken cutlets.
- 150 g Roquefort.
- 3 tablespoons of cream.


Brown chicken in a pan until golden brown, then cut into pieces .
While cooking chicken. , Roquefort cut into small pieces and melt in a pan (in a saucier, it's even better) with cream .

Once browned chicken and creamy sauce, place the chicken pieces in a baking dish and pour sauce. Place the grill 5 minutes .

Serve with rice or pasta. Do not salt .
