Chicken with smoked salmon

- 2 chicken breasts.
- 4 slices of smoked salmon.
- chives.
- 2 shallots.
- 20 cl cream.
- white wine.
- 1 chicken bouillon cube.
- salt, pepper.


First, separate the two pieces of chicken breasts to be four. If you find they are small, buy one person .

Then incise each piece in the width direction to be able to garnish with a slice of salmon and close all with a toothpick .

Then cook all the pieces with a little butter in a large saucepan for about ten minutes, turning frequently .

When they are cooked, remove them from the pan and keep them warm .
Now prepare the sauce:. in the pan, add the cooking juices the chicken stock cube with a small glass of water and a large glass of white wine. Simmer on low heat for ten minutes .

Then add 20 cl cream and a big bunch chives very fine .

Let simmer a few moments, then pour over the morcChicken water in a large dish .

Notes: I accompany this dish of tagliatelle and green beans. The recipe can be varied by replacing the chives tarragon and adding a pinch of paprika sauce. Bon appétit and let me know what you think! Recommended wines:: white wine
