INGREDIENTS

(8 people)

- 250 g of red beans.
- 1.6 kg of lean beef.
- 10 cl of oil.
- 150 g of onions.
- 50 g flour.
- 50 g of tomato concentrate.
- 1 l brown background.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- 1 bouquet garni.
- salt, pepper.
- paprika.
- 1 red pepper.
- 1 green pepper.
- 50 g of parsley.

PREPARATION


Must soak the beans 6:00 with cold water .
Cut meat 1cm squares and place in hot oil.. Degrease .

Add the chopped onions. Pour the flour. Stir in the brown stock and tomato paste.

Add crushed garlic and bouquet filled.

Season salt, pepper and paprika .

Bake 1 hour 30 covered .

Remove the skin of the peppers, then trim the straps. Reserve the track to warm. Pass the sauce .

Place the beans in a saucepan of cold salted water and cook approximately 1 hour. Boil the sauce a few minutes with cooked beans, drained and peppers.

Make a dish. Arrange the pieces garnish and sauce and parsley.
