- 250g sugar.
- 3 whole eggs.
- 300g flour.
- 20 g of aniseed.
Whisk the eggs for 20 minutes, mixed with sugar. Add the aniseed. Gradually add the sifted flour .
With a pastry bag (or a spoon), put in small piles on a buttered and floured baking sheet. Let stand a few hours .
Cook on medium heat .
Stop cooking until browned top do .
Notes: In Alsace, these small cakes are eaten at Christmas time. Recommended drink: coffee or tea
