- 4 chicken breasts.
- 2 large yellow onions.
- 1 jar of cream lightened.
- curry, cumin, pepper, salt, pepper.


A large skillet heat .
Cut the onions into small pieces and cook them in fairly high heat.. Stir, adding curry and cumin .
Cut the chicken into pieces, add to the pan and put spices. turn .

Reduce heat and add 2 tablespoons of cream .
. After 5 minutes of cooking, put 2 tablespoons of cream and spices (if necessary) .

If the dish is made in advance, put some cream when warming because the sauce evaporates .

Remarks: very easy and gives a slightly sweet taste thanks to oignons.A eat with white rice and seasoned with paprika to give it color. Recommended wines:: Ventoux
