- 1 pizza dough.
- 1 large onion.
- between 100 and 200 g smoked bacon.
- 30 cl cream (thick) ..


Roll out the dough on a pie plate previously buttered and floured. Prick with a fork, spread the cream evenly on the bottom of it .

Cut the bacon into small rectangular pieces purposes. Chop the onion .

Remove all the cream, salt and pepper and place in the preheated oven for about 15-20 min (hot oven, 280 ° C if possible).
