INGREDIENTS

(10 people)

- 800 g of carrots.
- 800 g apples lands.
- 10 whole eggs.
- 20 cl cream.
- 25 cl of milk.
- 20 g butter.

PREPARATION


Peel the carrots and potatoes, then cook separately in salted boiling water .
After cooking, mash,. then dry them and add cream for 20cl mashed carrots and milk 25cl for mashed potatoes.

Boil 2 mixtures .
. After cooling, add 5 eggs to mashed potatoes and eggs for 5 mashed carrots .. < br />
then mold them into a bowl buttered layer by layer (layer 1 carrot and 1 layer of potatoes)

Bake in water bath in oven at 180 ° C for 30 min .

Notes: If eaten hot.
