INGREDIENTS

(8 people)

For ham foam.
- 100 g of cooked ham.
- 1 fees square.
- 10 cl cream.
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic coffee.
- paprika and pepper.

pesto tomato :.
- 1 jar of dried tomatoes in oil.
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic coffee.
- 1 handful of pine nuts.
- 1 handful of grated Parmesan.
- 1 little oil dried tomatoes for linking the preparation.

PREPARATION


Mix together the ingredients of each group for two preparations .
Refrigerate about an hour .

Fill small glasses with a layer of tomato pesto mousse, ham foam layer and finish with a piece of ham and a basil leaf
Note:.. these preparations may also be used to decorate a plate of pasta.
