- 100 g of grated zucchini.
- 1 small potato, peeled and grated.

- 1 large whole egg slightly beaten and 1 egg white.
- 2 pinches of pepper.
- 2 tablespoons oil.
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
Soak zucchini and potatoes. Place in a bowl, mix with onions, flour, egg, egg white, pepper and a pinch of salt .
