Potato Bigalan

- 2 rolls of pastry.
- potatoes 500g.
- 2 onions.
- 150g small smoked bacon.
- salt, pepper and clotted cream.


Divide the dough into two portions: 2/3 and 1/3. Spread 2/3 of a pie pan or missed .

Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices and onions .
Fill the pastry with layers of potatoes, onions and bacon, salt and pepper between each layer .

Fold the edges of the dough inward. Spread the remaining 1/3 of dough, moisten the edges and glue the two parts (used as cover). Prick the top .

Bake 1 hour. If dough colors too quickly, cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil .

Before serving, cut an opening on the lid and pour the cream ..

Notes: There is nothing in the fridge and beefy appetites The bacon can be replaced by ham. Is accompanied by a green salad.
