INGREDIENTS

- 8 medium potatoes.
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- salt, rosemary.

PREPARATION


Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes or slices to taste. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil .

Put the potato cubes on the plate. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary .

Bake at 200 ° C for about 30-40 minutes.

If the potatoes get brown too quickly, cover with foil .
