- 250 g of maize.
- 250 g pork loin pieces.
- 250g chicken breast.
- 2 liters of water.

- 3 peppers.
- 2 tablespoons oil.
- salt to taste.

:. In a large saucepan, boil the corn in water until they burst.

Then add the meat, garlic, onion and salt. Simmer for 40 minutes or until the meat is well cooked .
