- 2 kg of carrots.
- 3 large onions.
- 20 cl cream.
- 400 g smoked bacon découennés.
- 1 cube likely broth.
- salt and pepper.
Peel the carrots and cut into fairly thick slices. Cook them steamed with 1 onion sliced .
Meanwhile, saute onions in 2 other 2 tablespoons oil .

Lightly brown the bacon without fat, do not they are crisp .
Place carrots .
Put everything in a pan to heat (preferably a wok) .
Add the cream and herbs .
Remarks: The cream should not drown the carrots ...
