INGREDIENTS

(4 people)

- 200 g flour.
- 150 g caster sugar.
- 100g melted butter.
- 4 eggs.
- Juice of 1 lemon + zest.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 kg of apricots.

PREPARATION


Preheat oven to 210 ° C (gas mark 7) .
Beat eggs.. Add the flour, yeast, sugar, melted butter and lemon juice and zest; mix well .

Pour into a buttered pan, then place the apricot halves .

Cook for about 30 minutes .

Notes: Serve cold or warm.
