INGREDIENTS

- 1 pastry.
- 750 g pitted plums.
- 50 g butter.
- 100 g of powdered sugar.
- 1 egg.

PREPARATION


Roll out the pastry into a greased mold. Prick the bottom. Arrange plums .

Melt butter and sugar over low heat. Off the heat, add beaten egg. Pour over the plums

Bake in oven thermostat 5/6 (170 ° C) for 35 to 45 minutes .
