INGREDIENTS

(10 g & amp; acirc; teaux)

- 3 eggs.
- 75 g sugar.
- 50 g flour.
- 80 g of melted chocolate.
- 95g melted butter.
- 20 small squares of white chocolate.

PREPARATION

. Combine all ingredients
.
Butter the ramekins (diameter 10 cm) and pour the dough to line the bottom (about one cm)..
. Ask
2 white chocolate squares in the center and fill with the remaining dough .

Cook 7-8 minutes thermostat 10 ..

The cookies should be soft in the middle. Unmold. Serve hot .

Notes: As a ramekins take old container creme brulee or clafoutis trade (silver) previously cleaned.
